UzaDirect brings recent market and regulatory innovations and flexibility options together to create service provider solutions that offers ridesharing, hire car, shuttle and bus services for personal and group travellers. UzaDirect is unique in this local market in providing a Canberra based contact centre service that maintains contact with both the customer and the DSP (driver).
Through this relationship, BUSme will benefit from UzaDirect’s experienced, efficient and unique Command Centre. The Command Centre is manned during core business hours and provides assistance to customers and drivers, helping to ensure customer pickup times are managed, lost property is found and all those unforeseen events, which can lead to unscheduled delays and travel glitches are dealt with efficiently.
